- Background narrative given by Dr. Gregory
- Gregg Stephens gave the message of URGENCY, and then left for the board to begin its executive session.
III. Executive Session

Discussion
Executive Session began at 7:40 to discuss personnel matters. No votes taken during executive session.
The Board discussed in detail an embedded resource strategy to enable the Head of School for successful operational management.
