E. Desprez Isbell called a meeting of the board of directors of The Anchor School to order on Thursday Jan 8, 2026 at 8:06 PM.

Executive Session
E. Desprez Isbell made a motion to enter into an executive session to discuss a confidential student matter.
J. Whittington seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
E. Desprez Isbell made a motion to the board to uphold the decision of the hearing officer.
N. LeBlanc seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:41 PM.
