Call the Meeting to Order

M. Barr called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Education for Change Public Schools to order on Tuesday Feb 24, 2026 at 5:02 PM.

Approve minutes from previous meeting

J. Willis made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 12-09-25.
M. Paulino seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

2nd Interim Financials

Staff presented on 2nd interims; board discussed questions, including areas of increased expense.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:27 PM.

*PRESENTATIONS ON AGENDA ITEM - Any person wishing to speak to any item on the agenda will be granted three minutes to make a presentation at the time of that item.
