Call the Meeting to Order

C. Campbell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Education for Change Public Schools to order on Monday Dec 1, 2025 at 5:02 PM.

Approve minutes from previous meeting

M. Barr made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 09-02-25.
C. Campbell seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

II. Finance

A.

Review 2025-26 1st Interims

Staff reviewed presentation and addressed board questions. 

B.

2024-25 Audit Update

Staff provided audit update and discussed adding a December 9 Finance Committee meeting to review draft audit. 

III. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:35 PM.

*PRESENTATIONS ON AGENDA ITEM - Any person wishing to speak to any item on the agenda will be granted three minutes to make a presentation at the time of that item.
