J. Leahy called a meeting of the Annual Event Committee Committee of CASA ACADEMY to order on Tuesday Jun 7, 2016 at 1:45 PM.
II. Annual Event Committee

Venue for 2017
Jenna will follow up with Lydia regarding space availability. She will also CC Mary to schedule a time to walk-through to select space for next year.
B.
Recruitment of new committee members
Jenna will follow up with Laurie.
Mary will follow up with her two contacts regarding oversight of the wine pull.
We will divide wine by red and white for wine pull.
Mary will follow up with another contact (HY) regarding membership on the committee.
Daniel Brown still wishes to be a committee member.
