Notes on March Financials:
- Our projected carryover for the EOY is 203K
- We are expecting another $3186 in the Instructional Improvement category in June. Fifty percent of this funding is used for salaries (this is the maximum amount we can use for salaries). Fifty percent is used on our academic data software (Bullseye).
- The $600 under Dues and Fees is our field trip bus invoice. This was fully paid for by our Tax Credit donations.
- Professional development at $4509 is much higher this month. That is because we send our staff to trainings this year and because we are trying to use up Title II funds which are set aside for this purpose (teacher conferences and trainings). We have a total of $8000 in Title II funding to use this year. We have used $3480 thus far.
- Our communications line item is less because our ERATE grant has kicked in and is covering most of that cost. This is a federal grant that pays for internet and phones.
- We have a large NSLP receivable because the state has been slow in reimbursing us for meals. We received our January and February payment on 4/2. We are still waiting for our March payment.
- Attached, you will find as a summary of student recruiter expenses thus far this year (as a reminder, we can’t separate this out as it has to be paid under salaries, but I did want to track expenses for you so that you can have them).

July 14th, 2019 cd will expire. It will automatically renew if we don’t move it.
