  A. Lease re-negotiation timeline discussion
   

a. When does the church plan to take the lease to the congregation for a vote?
b. Schedule meeting for negotiation the week of December 5th.

  B. Update SOV on Strategic Plan
   


a. Growth plan will be slowed to six classrooms for the next three years
b. Focus resources on curriculum development
c. Focus time and resources on staff retention and development
d. Move board from a “founding board” model to a “sustaining governance” model
 

  C. Key negotiation items
   


a. New space added to lease to include the music center
b. New fencing requirements if music center is added to lease agreement.
c. Removal of walls for expanded classroom space (2 walls)  
d. Expanded use of Burns Hall for community space for Fridays (tape lines would be needed on floor)
e. New flooring in CASA cafeteria  
f. Cost per square foot based on current market conditions
g. Utility and janitorial supply costs
