Review and Approve Search Committee Guidelines
Update language to articulate the role of the current Executive Director
Laurie Jacobson Jones made a motion to approve the guidelines and move forward to form the search committee - with the ask that the language be updated to articulate the role of the current Executive Director.
Saamra Mekuria-Grillo seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
