NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of East Bay Innovation Academy will be held as follows:

Purpose of the Meeting:
The purpose of this Special Meeting is for the Board of Directors to consider and take action on a resolution authorizing the submission of a Material Revision Petition to the Oakland Unified School District requesting approval of the permanent reduction of East Bay Innovation Academy's authorized grade span from grades 6–12 to grades 6–8.
No other business will be considered except as identified on the attached agenda.
This Notice is provided pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.
