Call the Meeting to Order
J. Jalice called a meeting of the CEO Search Committee Committee of F.A.M.E., Inc. to order on Wednesday Mar 17, 2021 at 5:30 PM.

Discussion of Search Firm Proposals
Committee held a discussion regarding the merits of each proposal based on the following criteria: 1. experience with similar schools
2. local experience
3. cost
4. understanding of Audubon
5. presentation
6. availability
7. attention to detail
The committee also discussed the possibility of having to conduct an interim CEO search due to the timing of the search. The committee decided not to include conducting an interim CEO search in the consideration of which firm to choose for the permanent CEO search since the board had not yet decided to pursue that course of action. However, the committee instructed the current CEO to begin conducting outreach to potential interim CEO candidates both internally and locally including former leaders of Audubon.
Following the discussion, a motion was made to accept the proposal from Educator's Collaborative for CEO Search services as the lower cost option since the companies appeared to offer comparable services and supports.

Vote on Search Firm Proposals
R. Kirschman made a motion to accept the proposal from Educator's Collaborative and enter into an agreement with them to conduct the CEO Search for Audubon Schools.
B. Connick seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Next Steps (Action Item)
The committee recommends that the FAME Board accept the proposal from Educator's Collaborative and enter into agreement with them to conduct the CEO Search for Audubon Schools at its regularly scheduled March 2021 General Board Meeting. The committee also directed the chairperson and CEO to reach out to the two firms who submitted proposals and share the decision of the committee once it has been approved by the full board.

The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
