Call the Meeting to Order
A. Bell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Vertus High School to order on Tuesday Jul 14, 2026 at 2:03 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Bell made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Meeting on 06-09-26.
J. O'Connell seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Financial Policies & Procedures
- The Committee discussed our internal policies and procedures. We agreed to conduct some peer research on appropriate materiality thresholds for budget amendments requiring additional levels of re-approval. Once finalized we will make a recommendation to the board for policy implementation.
C.
Stock Gift Draft Policy
We are finalizing a donor facing stock gift policy as well as an internal finance committee policy. Allie will send a final draft to the committee prior to the next meeting.
