E. Huffman called a meeting of the Governance Committee of RePublic Schools to order on Friday Jun 6, 2025 at 2:01 PM.

Discussion of new board structure.

New Board Members
- Kashonda Day was recommended for the RSJ Board.
- Diana Anosike and John Marcellus were recommended for the RSN Board. Lindsay Hamilton is recommended per her final confirmation with Erika.
- Richard Pettey and Anna Schilling were recommended for the CMO Board.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 2:42 PM.

Bylaws are fine for our three new boards. Next step is getting approval of school to CMO contracts approved. At upcoming board meeting, board votes on budget and new structure, name new directors for the three entities, and then the new boards will elect officers, recognize new board members, and approve contracts, and adopt budget. That needs to be done by July 1.
