Recruiting new board members
(i) the entire board has a responsibility to identify new board member candidates
(ii) we should work to do this in short order to fill current and upcoming vacancies
(iii) board members should have a conversation with potential candidates to confirm interest before referring them to the Governance Committee
(iv) once referred, someone from the Governance Committee will call or meet the candidate to conduct an interview.
