A. TK Enrollment Update

A. Siu presented the latest TK apps numbers (213, 22% are FRPM--47 apps).

B. 2024-25 Enrollment Outreach Plan Overview

E. Wood presented the enrollment strategy process as those will be shared with teachers in February in an effort to share more with teachers about the behind the scenes of enrollment.

V. Valenzuela presented an outreach update.
