NWEA data check-in
Susan and Elizabeth shared out a basic overview of our NWEA data from the Winter testing window.
Susan shared out our Side-by-Side Framework Outcomes. They are goals that are short term goals between our end of year performance framework goals and renewal goals.
Focus areas:
- Proficiency (Grades 3-8 and Grade 9+)
- 70% of our new learners came in below grade level
- Growth (Grades 3-8 and Grade 9+)
- We are back to meeting the goal for grades 3-8 and our sub groups (with the exception of IEP learners) are also meeting the standard
- Attendance
- Both DA and OA chronic absenteeism numbers have decreased from the Fall
- Elizabeth shared out a graphic comparing each grade level's chronic absenteeism learners from January to February.
- Persistance
- Susan shared graphics around who has unenrolled, where they live, how long they have been with CRCS, etc.
Elizabeth shared out some P2C data tracking for learners at Overman who were below or well below on the NWEA and/or Maine Through Year and the data is tracking positively with the addition of the P2C curriculum.
