Development of goals for charter commission report
Nicki shared out some details of the goal setting meeting that the board went to with the Charter Commission.
Need to create some smart goals for the 24-25 school year based on data shared on the Performance Framework.
Travis shared out a shared document to be able to work together to create these goals.
Focusing on:
- Chronic Absenteeism
- Participation rate on the family Panorama Survey
- School Climate based on Student Responses in Panorama Survey
- Math Achievement for Students with IEPs
Goals need to be submitted by the end of the 23-24 school year.
Goals need to be met by the end of the 24-25 school year using our steps we put in place on the goal setting document.
Admin Leadership Team will begin working on the document at our next meeting on Tuesday the 28th.
