Call the Meeting to Order
T. Overall called a meeting of the board of directors of Community Regional Charter School to order on Wednesday May 27, 2026 at 7:00 PM.
II. Other Business
A.
Vote to submit Amendment to Incur Debt to Maine Charter School Commission for $100,000 over a 5 year period for Kitchen Equipment.
S. Saltzman made a motion to submit the Amendment to Incur Debt to Maine Charter School Commission for $100,000 over a 5 year period for Kitchen Equipment.
C. Hansen seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 7:11 PM.
