Starting salary at CRCS is $40,000 compared to other districts in the area starting in FY26 at $43,000.
Proposed salary scale matching MSAD54 except the first couple of steps starting at $45,000 to attract new teachers to the field. To be competitive would mean an increase of approximately $130,000 (not including MainePers, GLI, etc).
