Response from Jon Moody on question from the board meeting: Q’s – Out of District students all are tuitioned, so we get all aid for those students. Charter School Students and athletics falls under a specific statutue, which governs how we must bill. I’ve confirmed that our approach meets the criteria and is very reasonable with both the commissioner and commission (I walked them through what we talked about). Homeschool students do not pay for athletics as they are under a different statute. |
