The Board members of the Executive Committee are serving as the Personnel Committee as well. The chair will be the same person for the Executive Committee both when it is doing Personnel Committee work as when it is doing its other work.

There is one survey for Board members and Leadership Team members in Board on Track. There is a separate survey for staff members in a Google Survey. 

  • Determine survey questions (see attached proposals)
  • Determine who is to take the survey (Board & Admin team required per policy, staff optional)
  • Determine delivery mode of survey
  • Compose the request that goes to people who will be taking the survey
  • Determine day to deliver survey and set a 10-day deadline (per policy) for responding to survey
