Policy CBI_-_Evaluation_of_the_Executive_Director states an ED Evaluation survey should be administered "mid September" with a 10-day deadline for completion. We propose sending it out tonight (it's still September) and giving 11 work days to complete it (deadline Friday October 16). We propose two surveys like last year: one for Board and Admin Team and one for Staff. Mostly the same questions but staff can't get in Board on Track so theirs would be in a Google Form. |
