Call the Meeting to Order
Randy Shaffer called a meeting of the board of directors of Trinity Basin Preparatory to order on Monday Feb 9, 2026 at 5:02 PM.
II. Open Session - Public Comments
A.
This forum is for public comments to the Board on any matter except personnel and individual student issues. Any personnel concerns should be brought to the attention of the CEO prior to the meeting. Speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes. Non-agenda items will be taken for no more than 30 minutes.

Consider and vote on Board Resolution authorizing employee pay during the four-day closure of all TBP campuses and Central Administration during the January 26-29, 2026 winter storm.
Dana Bickford made a motion to authorizing employee pay during the four-day closure of all TBP campuses and Central Administration during the January 26-29, 2026 winter storm.
Frederick Brown seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
