Clark D. Sanford
Clark has worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years for both General Motors Corporation and Stellantis N.V., where he is currently the Field Operations Manager, in the Virtual Business Center (VBC) – regional sales office, based in Detroit, MI. In his current role Sanford supports over 650 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships from Maine to Guam, Alaska to Florida.
After completing his undergraduate degree in business administration at Youngstown State University, Mr. Sanford joined the staff at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pa., where his work focused on the recruitment and retention of undergraduate minority students. Mr. Sanford left Carnegie Mellon in 1989, eventually moving to Detroit, Michigan where he worked for General Motors Corporation in a variety of roles in human resources and marketing.
Prior to joining Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles - FCA) in 2009, Clark was the Founder and President of The Sanford Consulting Group, LLC., based in Farmington Hills, MI. The consulting practice was founded in 2005 and specialized in strategic marketing, experiential marketing, sponsorship /promotions and media-based product integration.
Clark resides in Farmington Hills, Michigan with his wife Karen. In his spare time, he likes to, read, play golf, watch old movies, and spend time working on a variety of home improvement and gardening projects. He is also past President of the Churchill Estates Home Owners Association, a community of approximately 600 residents. Sanford currently the school board president for Flex High School – Pontiac.

Deleah Sharp
Board Member
Deleah Sharp is the Founder and Executive Director of Identify Your Dream (IDYD) Corporation, dedicated to supporting youth and families affected by trauma and violence. A graduate of Pontiac Northern High School, she earned her degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Michigan State University and later pursued a Master’s in Psychology from Walden University. With over 20 years of experience as a Medical Technologist, Deleah combined her scientific background with her passion for trauma recovery to create impactful community programs such as the Annual “Stomp Out Violence March & Rally” and the Dreamers Mentoring Program. Motivated by personal loss, Deleah is also a strong advocate for gun violence prevention, earning accolades such as the Oakland County Executive Elite 40 under 40 Class of 2019 and being named one of Michigan’s Heroes by Governor Whitmer. She continues to lead IDYD in fostering resilience and healing within her community.

Minnie was educated in the Detroit Public Schools. During high school she was awarded a summer scholarship to attend Michigan State University, School of Journalism. After high school she graduated from Oakland Community College and attend Central Michigan University as an undergrad and graduate student.
Community Service/Community Development continues to be foremost in her daily life. Volunteering in the education arena over several decades with students in the classroom and mentoring to reach their highest goals. Additionally, being a Board Member for several organizations to help caption their vision. Currently, Minnie is a Board Member for Flex High School of Pontiac.
