Call the Meeting to Order
J. Boulet called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Nuasin Next Generation Charter School to order on Wednesday Sep 21, 2022 at 5:20 PM.

Approve August Minutes
J. Boulet made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee meeting on 08-23-22.
E. Chen seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
