Call the Meeting to Order
A. Bothner called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Nuasin Next Generation Charter School to order on Tuesday Sep 1, 2020 at 5:33 PM.

Approve Pasek Consulting Agreement
A. Bothner made a motion to approve Pasek education consultant agreement and allow board chair to sign on behalf of the board.
S. Pressley seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
