Dr. Cristina de Jesus provided an update on Green Dot Public Schools California's student and staff vaccination rates.

Dr. Cristina de Jesus provided an update on Green Dot Public Schools California's progress on its Reimagine 2025 key levers during the first semester of the 2021-22 school year.

Educator Effectiveness Public Hearing
Annette Gonzalez provided an overview of Green Dot Public Schools California's Educator Effectiveness Grants and held a hearing to solicit input from the public on the plans.

Enrollment Update
Mike Lopez provided an update on the number of lottery forms collected to date across Green Dot Public Schools California's schools. Mr. Lopez provided an overview of historical enrollment trends and specific investments Green Dot California plans to make to promote student recruitment.

A.
Conference with legal counsel – Anticipated Litigation
The Executive Committee entered into closed session at approximately 3:10 p.m. to discuss pending litigation.

Public Employee Performance Evaluation
The Executive Committee then conducted the performance evaluation for Green Dot Public Schools California's Chief Executive Officer and President, Dr. Cristina de Jesus.

The Executive Committee returned to open session at approximately 4:45 p.m. and reported that it took no formal action during closed session.
X. Discuss and Approve Compensation for Chief Executive Officer & President

Discuss and Approve Compensation for Chief Executive Officer & President
Peter Scranton made a motion to approve that Dr. de Jesus receive a $1,500 retention incentive bonus and a six percent salary increase, effective retroactively to September 1, 2021.
Jon Goodman seconded the motion.
