1)      Present two candidates (Raquel Capoccacia and Andrea Jacobo) to the board
a.       Share resumes and other supporting documents about each candidate
b.       Share takeaways from interactions with each candidate (initial interview with board members and one-on-one with Dr. White)
c.       Hold vote on each candidate
d.       If we receive vote needed to confirm both candidates – then I would like to move forward with discussing our onboarding process for each candidate (ideal committee participation etc.)
2)      With all of the new updates we would like to establish with the election of directors and board terms – I think now is the time to establish the practice of regularly reviewing our by-laws and policies. Based off some of the information I have gathered from Board on Track – it is actually recommended that we make this an annual task for the board.
