Call the Meeting to Order
G. Valdovino called a meeting of the board of trustees of Crossroads Charter Schools to order on Monday Aug 22, 2022 at 5:00 PM.

Approve Meeting Agenda
L. Weekly made a motion to Approve Agenda.
R. Moore seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Approve July Meeting Minutes
J. Williams made a motion to approve the minutes from Crossroads Charter Schools Board Meeting on 07-25-22.
R. Moore seconded the motion.

Register was not able to be reviewed in time. Richard will go over it, and present at next meeting.
III. Board Governanace

Board Recruitment
Tysie and Dan will be holding another board recruitment lunch and learn on the 7th.
B.
Future Meeting Expectations
Greg would like to hold a few meetings in person ( quarterly for example) and the rest virtual. Board needs to decide on a schedule.
C.
Treasurer Seat
Treasurers seat is open, Greg has a prospect and will be discussing with them.

The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
