Dr. Jones present the job description for the Homeless Liaison. Mr. Schwartz asked if there were additional job duties incorporated into the Diverse Learners Directors job. Dr. Jones affirmed that the Diverse Learners Directors job was not changing; that these job duties already fall within the job scope.

Dr. Jones present the professional development plan. Ms. Linn presented the question of working on budget for professional development. Mr. Schwartz requested for continual involvement in whatever capacity in needed.

Review Year-End Financials (2025-2026)
- The school will end the year with 66 days of cash. This is above the recommended 60 days
- The forecasted net income is $1.7m, which is $420k above the budget. It yields a 6.2% gross margin.
- The school is projected to end the year with a fund balance of $4,586,793. Last year's fund balance was $2,908,321. Debt Service Coverage Ratio is defined by the school's bank covenants
