Pamela Baldwin made the motion to approve the minutes regular board meetings for March 26, 2022 with the correction of fixing the motion.

Board President Pope thanked everyone for getting everything back in order with the financials.
Dr. Angela Beck discussed the posting of the public posting of the budget.
