Call the Meeting to Order
A. McGaha called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Redesign Schools Louisiana to order on Monday Jul 13, 2020 at 4:45 PM.

At this time, Ivy Divinity briefed the Board on the proposed budget. A balanced budget was displayed.

Pam Baldwin, Board Member had a few questions: clarifying schedule 1 and 2
and the term elimination from the financial statements - Ivy clarified that this is not losing money it's just the way the financials look on paper. Ashley McGaha, Board Secretary clarified the schedule 1 and schedule 2 for the Board.
