Council Member Feedback and Discussion
T. Saurer asked if we could update the website with a contact for the gifted program.
T. Saurer asked that CCS look into the Close Up Washington D.C. program. The program is a high school field trip for students interested in history, government and democracy.

Scholar Suggestion Box
Scholars discussed different suggestions that were made by scholars through the Virtual Scholar suggestion box. Suggestions included adding in-person electives for Options scholars, incorporating educational materials on self-guided field trips, and free internet inquiries.
B.
May Meeting Planning
A. Stansbury will email Ms. Aguilar to see if the Firebird Report can set up an SLC interview. A. Stansbury would like to discuss field trips for high schoolers and L. Brenner suggested that Ms. MacAlpine participate in this discussion.
