Staff Report
Mr. Lewis led the council in an overview of the Staff Report. He shared the addition of the Special Education Director to the Compass family. The 2021-22 Planning Survey will be released in February and used to complete the LCAP. This survey will be shared for suggestions and feedback from the Parent Advisory Council prior to school-wide release. He also shared an update of the governor's January budget allowing Compass to grow next school year. Reenrollment is scheduled to open on March 1, 2021.

El Dorado Charter SELPA Community Advisory Committee Report
Mrs. Randi Pugh led the council in an overview of the El Dorado Charter SELPA Community Advisory Committee Report.
V. New Business

2020-21 PAC Survey
Mrs. Pugh shared that she enjoys seeing the opportunity for families to share their scholar's proud moments on the survey. She also suggested having a section for PAC member interest.
Mrs. Agravante suggested including a section where families can provide implementation feedback. Mr. Lewis shared that this feedback section is included in the 2021-22 Planning Survey.

Review and Approval of the 2020-21 School Plans for Scholar Achievement
J. Sterling Effie made a motion to approve the 2020-21 School Plans for Scholar Achievement.
M. Agravante seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
C.
Council Member Feedback
Mrs. Agravante requested an update on re-enrollment t-shirts and scholar identification cards. She also suggested having Superintendent and board member virtual classroom visits.
Mr. Christopher suggested providing technology ergonomics and healthy habits resources to scholars.
Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Scott requested having Apple products under the provider list. Mrs. Scott also suggested creating a materials return process for families.
