Brandon C. Delk Mr. Delk graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University – Bloomington in 2010 with a dual B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Business Management. Brandon joined Pedcor Investments in July, 2010 and earned his Finance and Venture Capital MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University – Indianapolis in 2016. As Vice President of Development, Brandon has successfully developed and financed 10 multifamily developments consisting of 1,188 apartment units across Indiana, Georgia, and Oregon. Mr. Delk has served on the board of Pedcor Investments, A Limited Liability Company and Pedcor Financial, LLC since 2015 alongside his grandfather and Pedcor co-founder, Gerald K. Pedigo. In addition, Mr. Delk oversees Pedcor’s brand, reputation and social media strategies including the redesign of both its corporate and multifamily website platforms. Mr. Delk serves as one of the six J.E.D.I. (Justice Equity Diversity & Inclusion) committee members and oversees the internship and residential development initiatives associated with the committee’s efforts.
