We will review the mid-year metrics of our board dashboard including academic progress and attendance rates, as stipulated in our OEI notice.
  B. Referendum planning
   
We will review the new referendum sharing agreement with IPS that will increase revenue by $500 per student per year for all students who reside in the IPS catchment area.

 

We propose to use this money on teacher recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
VI. Governance Committee
  A. Kindezi Innovation Renewal
   
We are pursuing a one year extension to the Kindezi Academy Innovation Agreement.  We have details that need to be worked out with a goal to come to an agreement with IPS in January or February.
  B. Board election planning
   
Identify the officer slate that will be voted upon in the January board meeting.
