Kevin will present an update of the action steps from the board retreat including:
  • Progress on a Plan A and Plan B for school structures
  • Update on the demographic study with Ampersand
  • Update on the branding campaign
  • Update on the potential facilities for future schools and for Enlace Academy
  B. Instructional Audit for the NCN schools
   

Kevin will updated the board on a plan to audit the instructional programming for the schools with an eye towards both improvement and consistency.
