1. Michelle Normandin asked if there was any updates on the expansion.

Jim Beall responded that we have 1 year left on our contract with RE 2, but that they (RE 2) told us to stop with the expansion.

Sam Bissue added to the response that she met with Dr. Harrison and that they are starting elaborations to renew our contract with expansion added t o the contract.

    2. Heather Robison asked what is the process of adding a new board member?

Julie Gilley responded they will need to enter a Letter of Intent by Jan. 6 by 4pm. The position is posted at the post office and in the school foyer.

Heather Robison  responded what happens if no one puts in a letter of intent? Can we be flexible?

Julie Gilley responded that she will look at the policy.

   3. Michelle Normandin asked if there is a new timeline for the expansion?

Jim Beall responded that the current timeline will have to change.

   4. Lizzie Meyer asked about getting plumbing hooked up in the modulars since our timeline has expanded. 

Jim Beall responded that we will start looking into this.

   5. Noel Sawyer asked about getting a canopy between the 2 modulars.

Jim Beall responded that we are already looking at grants to get this done.

Sam Bissue added that we have hired a grant writer and that we meet every 2 weeks.

   6. Michelle Normandin asked when will the bus arrive?

Sam Bissue responded that Michelle Miller is looking into getting it inspected and that it should be here sometime next week.

   7. Noel Sawyer ask what the bus will be used for?

Sam Bissue responded that it will be used for field trips.

   8.Warren Morales said that he appreciates our board and all they are doing for us.

   9. Sam Bissue asked if there will be another Town Hall in the spring? 

Jim Beall responded that they are going to start trying to have one every quarter.
