1. Plumbing connections 2. Electrical connections 3. Foundation preparation 4. Fence removal and storage with construction fencing to separate playground from adjacent construction site followed by re-installation of fencing with needed modifications to adapt to new building after modular is delivered and set-up. 5. Excavation needed to allow traffic flow and additional parking spaces to be installed to accommodate additional students, teachers, parents and service providers for a larger operation. 6. Fire alarm system installation and connection to our Simplex fire panel. 7. Locksmith services to maintain common keying. 8. Concrete walkways installations around new building. 9. Landscaping installation and general grounds repairs to correct the damages associated with the many steps of the construction process. |
