At the September 11th Board Meeting, the Board voted to appoint the following members to the Superintendent Search committee: D. DeFillippo, E. Nolberto, G. Lopez, J. Henriquez, R. Almanzar. A chairperson was not voted upon, but since the meeting, Board members have agreed to appoint D. DeFillippo as the chair of this subcommittee. |

Every city, town, regional school district or vocational school district implementing or maintaining curriculum which primarily involves human sexual education or human sexuality issues shall adopt a policy ensuring parental/guardian notification. Such policy shall afford parents or guardians the flexibility to exempt their children from any portion of said curriculum through written notification to the school principal.
