Call the Meeting to Order
Jessica Xiarhos called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee Committee of MCCPS Board of Trustees to order on Friday Apr 1, 2022 at 2:49 PM.

Approve Minutes from 3/04/22
Kimberly Sullivan made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 03-04-22.
Ellen Lodgen seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Matt, Jessica, and Gianni to meet.
Criteria for Excellence Presentation to the Community
- rework Jessica's presentation to the Board - May 18th @ 7 Hybrid

- Finding a metric - considering student-led conferences, portfolios, narratives
- Does a traditional grading system accomplish what we want it to accomplish?
