Paul Baker called a meeting of the Governance Committee of MCCPS Board of Trustees to order on Tuesday Mar 22, 2022 at 7:10 PM.

Matt Cronin made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Monthly Meeting on 10-05-21.

Approve minutes from 6/14/21 meeting

Elizabeth Burns made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Governance meeting on 06-14-21.
Matt Cronin seconded the motion.

Nick Santoro excused himself temporarily from the meeting so as to constitute a quorum of members who were present at the June meeting to vote.

Nick was not yet a part of the Committee at the 6/14/21 meeting and members, Kay O'Dwyer, Karl Smith and Cindy Canavan have since relinquished their sets on the committee.

Following the vote, Nick rejoined the meeting.
