Kay O'Dwyer made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Monthly Meeting on 09-07-21.
Matt Cronin seconded the motion.

Individual Board Trustee renewal assessments
The idea of having Trustees complete self assessments was floated and discussed.
B.
Board & Committee Accountability...lots of talking, not so much walking:)
Peter, suggested that there is a lot of discussion at both the committee and Board level but also a lack of action. Too much spinning of wheels.
Somewhat ironically, the committee discussed ways to implement more movement at Board and Committee level.
