Call the Meeting to Order
Katie Hope called a meeting of the board of trustees of MCCPS Board of Trustees to order on Friday Oct 23, 2015 at 8:05 AM.

II. Strategic Planning
A.
Approval of the FY15 Audit
Paul McCarthy made a motion to approve the FY 2015 Audit.
Ellen Lodgen seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
III. Board
A.
Three letters to approve
Board reviewed response letter drafted by K. Hope to be sent to Charter School Office.
Katie Hope made a motion to approve letter to Foundation subject to review of outside counsel.
Ken Schulman seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
Katie Hope made a motion to approve letter regarding the MCEF to the community, pending review by outside counsel.
Ellen Lodgen seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:03 AM.
