Call the Meeting to Order
Katie Hope called a meeting of the board of trustees of MCCPS Board of Trustees to order on Saturday Aug 1, 2015 at 8:06 AM.
II. Board
A.
Describe plan for support of new Development Director
The Board was introduced to new Development Director Jan Brodie. Mr. Hausler presented a development plan and Mr. Brodie discussed his fundraising goals and methods. The Board will invite members of NCA and Foundation to come to next Board meeting to hear more about the development plan.
Nina Cullen-Hamzeh made a motion to approve Dave Hausler and Katie Hope as signatories on the MCCPS main operating account.
Jessica Merriam seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:35 AM.
