Call the Meeting to Order
Artie Sullivan called a meeting of the Personnel Committee Committee of MCCPS Board of Trustees to order on Monday Dec 9, 2019 at 7:04 PM.

Approve Minutes
Katie Sullivan made a motion to approve minutes from the Monthly Personnel Committee Meeting on 11-04-19 Monthly Personnel Committee Meeting on 11-04-19.
Peter Cheney seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Old Business
A.
POLICY REVIEW
The committee reviewed several of the policies and made edits. We will continue to review the remaining policies from 5n. on at the next meeting.

Personnel Committee Membership
III. New Business
A.
MCCPS Leadership Organization
Peter reported out about his off-site meeting with Admin. staff and mapping out the organizational chart and leadership tasks, redundancies, gaps, roles and responsibilities. Peter will now consider leadership positions for next year.
