Call the Meeting to Order
Rodolphe Herve called a meeting of the Finance Committee of MCCPS Board of Trustees to order on Tuesday Nov 19, 2019 at 7:50 AM.

Approve Minutes - previous meetings
Julie Santosus made a motion to approve minutes from the Finance Committee Meeting on 10-22-19 Finance Committee Meeting on 10-22-19.
Jeff Barry seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Finance - Financial Statement Review
A.
Committee review of Previous Month's Financial Statements
- PPE receipts from the state still reflect full enrollment of 230 kids. Jeff Barry anticipates that next month's receipts will reflect the actual number of 205, and an adjustment for overpayments since the start of the year.
- Monthly expense for payroll will stabilize now that staff employment is set for the year.
- Pie sales were successful and netted $2100 in fundraising. Raffle tickets sales are still ongoing.

Jeff Barry made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Julie Santosus seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 AM.
