Artie Sullivan made a motion to Edit HOS Succession Plan to include Interim/Acting Head of School serves on Board of Trustees as Ex-Officio member and all rights and privileges as such.
John Steinberg seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
