Call the Meeting to Order
Nichole Thompson called a meeting of the Governance Committee of MCCPS Board of Trustees to order on Tuesday Jun 6, 2017 at 7:06 PM.

Approve Minutes
Nichole Thompson made a motion to approve minutes.
Paul Baker seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Board of Trustee Interview
Victor Wild updated the Committee regarding his interest in becoming a member of the Board of Trustees and the Committee re-interviewed him for the position.
III. Other Business

Review Training Draft for 6/17/17
The Committee reviewed the training draft for the 6/17/17 Board retreat.
Paul Baker was tasked with updating Board meeting minutes on the school website and in a binder kept on site at MCCPS.

The vote was postponed until further notice due to Victor Wild's current lack of availability,
