Call the Meeting to Order
Bill Bowden called a meeting of the board of trustees of MCCPS Board of Trustees to order on Tuesday Nov 1, 2016 at 7:07 PM.

Bill Bowden made a motion to approve minutes from the Board Meeting on 10-25-16 Board Meeting on 10-25-16.
Paul McCarthy seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Discussion of Recent Reports of a Former Employee
A.
Report From Legal Counsel
Reviewed memorandum from Attorney Mary Jo Hollender and discussed potential ramifications and appropriate school response due to allegations posted on social media regarding former school employee.
