Call the Meeting to Order
Katie Hope called a meeting to order on Saturday Jun 25, 2016 at 8:05 AM.

Vote to Form Ad Hoc Committee
Paul McCarthy made a motion to create an ad hoc committee to draft a recommendation for a task force to address letters to the Board, as well as public comments addressed to the Board and issues brought to individual Board members.
John Stickevers seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 11:27 AM.
